Product Description

Scale and corrosion inhibitors are specialized chemical formulations added to water systems (like boilers, cooling towers, and RO systems) to prevent mineral buildup and material degradation.

How They Work

Scale Inhibitors (Antiscalants): Stop dissolved minerals (like calcium, magnesium, and silica) from precipitating and forming hard crusts on pipes and heat exchangers. They work via crystal distortion (disrupting crystal growth) or threshold inhibition (keeping ions suspended in the water).
Corrosion Inhibitors: Protect metallic surfaces from chemical and electrochemical degradation. They achieve this by passivating the metalcreating a microscopic, protective film that blocks corrosive agents in the water from reacting with the pipes

Common Applications
